Your Healthcare Careers Start with Scrubs

Scrubs Health & Training Centers nurse aide training program is a 80-hour training program that prepares graduates to work in long-term care facilities, residential care facilities, hospitals, or private duty assignments. Graduates will be eligible to apply and take the Ohio nurse aide competency test. Upon successful completion of the nurse aide competency test the candidate is recognized as state tested (certified) and is then listed on Ohio’s Nurse Aide Registry which is maintained by the Ohio Department of Health.

Required background check

Instruction and guidance

A copy of the text and workbook

A set of scrubs

A gait belt

A basic vitals kit (stethoscope, manual bp cuff)

1 (one) attempt at the state test
